7-Day Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in its original condition
Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Not show signs of damage caused by the customer
Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered
Damaged product received
Defective product received
Size issue (subject to stock availability)
Product significantly different from the description shown on the website
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products returned after the 7-day period
Used, washed, altered, or damaged products

Gift cards or promotional items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange a product:

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.
If approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund process will be initiated if approved.
Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institutions.
Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another approved refund method.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photographs and order details to our support team.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, and the order will be subject to the standard return policy.
